Sealed Bid Deadline

Terms of Sale
This auction is being conducted subject to the Terms of Sale as stated in our Auction Information Handout and the Purchase and Sale Agreement.

Buyer’s Premium
A 5% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the High Bid Price, per the Terms of Sale.

Broker/Buyer Participation Invited
A 1% referral fee will be paid by the Seller to the Realtor/Broker whose registered buyer closes on the property. Please refer to the Buyer/Broker registration requirements in the Terms of Sale.
